Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold by VELKS Group through this website. By purchasing any digital product from VELKS Group, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Digital Product Nature All products sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. These may include, but are not limited to:
- software systems - downloadable files - digital tools - templates - documentation - digital services

No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to digital materials. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply once the delivery of digital content has begun with the customer's prior consent. By completing a purchase and accessing or downloading the digital product, the customer explicitly agrees that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is therefore waived. Refund Eligibility Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered.
